Editor’s Note: Past life memories usually start at a very young age and are often forgotten. Therefore it’s hard to remember all the details later in life, as is the case with this 18-year-old. This story comes from a young lady who recalls past life visions as Ava Gardner, visions which she remembers as far back as 7-years-old. She might have had visions even earlier, as most past life memories surface as people learn to talk. What follows is her memories of a past life as Ava Gardner.
I have always remembered or dreamed of myself having a past life. As far back as I can remember I have always been obsessed with anything or anyone from the 1940s-50s especially Marilyn Monroe, Ava Gardner and Frank Sinatra.
At the age of seven I started having what I call “visions” into the past about being on a movie set of a movie called “The Killers.” I had never heard of or seen the movie before, nor had I heard of Ava Gardner, But I remember the Director Calling me Ava and telling me to get ready for the next scene.
The visions didn’t last long, but I always pushed them away because I figured they were just my imagination. Little did I know they would start to happen more frequently.
I started having visions of being with a man by the name of Mickey Rooney. We were married at a young age – I was only 19, he was 21. The marriage didn’t last long.
Later on I was married again to Artie Shaw. That marriage didn’t last long either. I never felt like I was in love with them really.
My final marriage was to a man whom I adored the most, a man who truly loved me, Frank Sinatra. He was the love of my life. Our marriage went downhill as I became pregnant twice and aborted both times. I remember telling a reporter, “We couldn’t even take care of ourselves. How were we going to take care of a baby?” Frank and I divorced in 1957, but we remained good friends til I died.
Other memories I have are winning an award for the movie “Mogambo.” I was diagnosed with emphysema after a lifetime of smoking caught up with me. I had two strokes and became paralyzed and bedridden.
I remember I told my housekeeper before I died, “I’m so tired.”
Now I know my story is very sparse. I can’t remember everything and I was very young when the memories started. I’m 18 now and I rarely get these now, but I feel like I led a good life then, and I’m leading a good life now.
